Why?

When did we lose the ability and desire to ask why? Ask why something the way it is, or someone the way that they are? Is it because we are afraid of the answer or simply not caring for the answer? Children ask why all the time and rarely do we have a clear straight cut answer for them, so why as adults to we expect someone to have all the answers? We expect that someone lays in all on the table for us no matter how bad good sad upsetting it could be that's what we ask for because we think that we can handle the news of something like that. Other times people have no desire to ask why, to ask why something is the way it is, to wonder why the sky is blue. I'm not saying that all questions need to answered but it would be nice to know, or maybe no maybe it would cause distress in the world. Who knows because no one asks why something the way it is anymore.
